Why We Started
Road to Recovery started with a simple idea: the benefits of sauna and cold plunge shouldn't be locked away in a members-only gym in the city. So we built a trailer with a wood-fired sauna and two cold plunges, one icy and one mild, and brought it to East Galway. No membership, no commute.
What began as a personal recovery routine turned into a mission to make contrast therapy accessible to athletes, sports clubs, workplaces and anyone looking to feel better — wherever they are.

Sessions run from our base in Loughrea. Clubs and events can have the trailer brought to their own venue.

Where We Go
